Job Summary:
Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Printing Supervisor, where you'll lead and oversee all printing operations to ensure high-quality production and efficiency. In this energetic role, you'll coordinate printing processes, manage a skilled team, and maintain optimal equipment performance. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience will drive continuous improvement in our printing facilities, including presses, screen printing, and machining operations. Responsibilities:

  • Supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the activities of press operators, while collaborating with various departments to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
  • Review and approve all job proofs or samples in order to ensure quality of work meets client specifications
  • Requisition materials and supplies
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Reviewing job orders to determine specifications such as production time, color sequence, and quantity requirements, and communicating these effectively to operators.
  • Setting up printers for production runs and checking print samples for ink coverage, alignment, and registration accuracy.
  • Monitoring print operations using the computer control console to ensure consistent quality, making real-time adjustments as needed.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of employees involved in prepress, printing, bindery, finishing, and other production operations.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 01 year of working in supervising role

Work Setting:

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Willing to relocate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $36.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
