Full job description

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in repairing a variety of electronic devices and possess strong technical skills.

Responsibilities:

-Primary responsibility is repairing LCD on cell phones and tablets, as well as charging ports, batteries and other components

- Provide exceptional customer service during repair interactions
- Use hand tools to disassemble and reassemble devices
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and inventory

Bonus if you can:
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on mobile devices, computers, and other electronic equipment
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot problems
- Install and configure operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android
- Micro-solder fine repairs on a board level to obtain the higher wage range

Skills:
- Proficiency in repairing mobile devices, computer hardware, and other electronic gadgets
- Familiarity with various operating systems including Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes
- Strong knowledge of hand tools used in electronics repair
- Experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus
