Seasonal Mixologist Summer 2026 at The Algonquin Resort – St. Andrews by-the-Sea, NB

REPORTS TO FOOD AND BEVERAGE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Join an iconic seaside resort in the mixologist role and work with an inspired Food & Beverage team. With five outlets, a championship golf course, and 22,000 sq. ft. of event space, this is your opportunity to shape a flagship hospitality experience at one of Canada’s most historic resorts.

What You’ll Do:

· Greet and interact with all guests in a courteous manner and maintain visibility in your area.

· Create unique versions of traditional cocktails

· Combine ingredients to present new cocktail recipes

· Stay knowledgeable about new cocktail trends

· Train bartenders on new cocktail recipes

· Ensure storage and service area is clean and orderly at end of shift for next function

What We’re Looking For:

· Strong interpersonal and public relations skills.

· Previous mixologist experience is required

· Must be able to work with a team and possess a positive attitude.

· Relevant training certificate and be legally able to serve alcohol as per province of employment.

· Basic reading, writing and math skills, organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Must be able to lift 20lbs with a high level of mobility and flexibility, continuous standing or walking are required.

· Hours fluctuate: evening, weekend and holiday availability is required.
