As we continue to experience remarkable growth and promote our talented team members, we are excited to expand our operator workforce.

With Superheat you will join a strong, experienced team at a company with almost 25 years of Remote Operator Heat Treatment expertise. We pride ourselves as the premier heat treatment provider, developing all our processes, technology, and software in-house.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- You can work independently while also being a valuable team player. You can identify and prioritize tasks according to urgency and importance and are comfortable seeking clarification when required.
- Attention to detail is essential; we work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of data transfer from client documentation to our SmartView database. Flexibility is also crucial, as our workload varies depending on customer demands.
- A strong technical mindset is a must-have, with excellent problem-solving skills and a good understanding of processes. You need to be adaptable and open to changes, as our customers have unique requirements, and we continually refine our processes to deliver the best experience.
