We're an outlier in this industry and we do and achieve things other organizations in this space haven't done in the past, and won't do in the future. As we expand into new markets across the globe, we're looking for the next generation of leaders to help us bring our proven processes and proprietary software to communities, businesses, and jurisdictions ready to advance their energy future.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Hamilton, Ontario office. This role is not hybrid or remote as trainees work side-by-side with the teams they're rotating through, which is central to how the program builds real skills and real relationships, fast.

The program is a multi-year commitment, typically 3 years or more, structured as a series of rotations lasting up to 9 -12 months each. While all core business functions are part of the rotation, the program places particular emphasis on Data Analytics, Energy Markets, Customer Service/Account Management, and Business Development the areas most central to how 360 Energy delivers value to customers and drives growth. From day one, trainees are working team members with real responsibilities which means your contributions show up in the numbers almost immediately.

This is a launchpad, and it's an exciting one: you'll see, in measurable terms, how your work moves the needle for the marketplace, for our customers, and for your own career trajectory. It's built on a simple principle invest in yourself here, and the growth compounds. We are committed to creating long-term career opportunities. For those who demonstrate leadership, initiative, and a passion for growth, future opportunities may include leadership roles at our head office or helping establish and lead new 360 Energy locations as we expand internationally.

Duties

  • Data Analytics — dig into the data and software that power our energy intelligence solutions
  • Customer Service / Account Management — understand what our end-users need, deliver it, and build the relationships that drive long-term value
  • Business Development — identify and pursue the opportunities that fuel our global expansion
  • Assist in conducting ongoing energy market and client sites assessments and evaluation identifying on going opportunities for energy savings and efficiency improvements
  • Participate in the client energy planning and supporting clients ensuring actions are taken to achieve measureable savings that meets the clients strategic objectives.
  • Help monitor and analyze energy data to identify trends and areas for optimization
  • Collaborate with team members to implement energy-saving initiatives and track progress
  • Maintain accurate records of client activity, energy usage, and project documentation

Requirements

  • A recently completed degree or diploma in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
  • A genuine curiosity about energy, technology, and how businesses operate
  • A drive for continuous improvement — in the business, and in yourself
  • The resilience to take feedback and grow from it quickly
  • A strong work ethic and the appetite for real growth
  • The adaptability to work across diverse teams and functions
  • Willingness to learn technical skills related to energy markets and usage
  • Good communication skills to effectively collaborate within a team environment and with customers
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
  • We value energetic, transparent candidates who are ready to grow professionally while contributing meaningfully to our operational practices.

No prior energy industry experience required — just the mindset to learn fast, work hard, and lead.
