About Canadian Eco Home

Canadian Eco Home is a rapidly scaling residential clean energy company focused on high-ticket home electrification solutions:

  • Heat Pumps

We specialize in premium, performance-driven energy upgrades for homeowners who want lower operating costs and long-term value.

We are building a sales organization of closers. Not order-takers.

The Opportunity

This is a high-ticket closing role meeting with pre-qualified homeowners.

You will:

  • Run in-home consultations
  • Present premium system packages
  • Control the sales process from start to finish
  • Overcome objections professionally
  • Close deals same-day whenever possible
  • Maintain accurate CRM updates

If you don’t like quotas, pressure, or accountability, this role is not for you.

Compensation

  • Uncapped commission
  • Top performers: $150,000 – $250,000+ annually
  • First-year realistic earnings: $90,000 – $140,000

Your income is tied directly to your output.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 1 year of closing experience
  • Comfortable selling $10k–$40k projects
  • Strong communicator
  • Confident, direct, and professional
  • Coachable and competitive
  • Own vehicle & valid driver’s license

Renewable energy experience is helpful but not required.

Schedule

  • Monday to Saturday
