Covered Bridge Potato Chips is a family first, rapidly growing, company located in near Hartland, NB. Our vision is to see our products in snack bowls around the world while continuing to cultivate relationships with the local community and family farms. We are looking for individuals to join our family that are excited to be part of making quality and innovative snack foods.

Roles and Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor the Lead Hand will be responsible for:

Working closely with the Shift Supervisor to direct, organize, and coordinate the production activities to meet scheduled production volume requirements

Continually strive to foster a safe and healthy team environment

Assist in train new staff, and coaching existing

Uphold the company values of family, quality, and innovation

Qualifications and Experience

English language skills - Ability to read & write, complete paperwork

1+ years Food production manufacturing experience

Knowledge of food industry, HACCP

Knowledge of food hygiene standards GMP

Skills & Traits

Communication ability with superiors and subordinates

Being able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Hours & Benefits

Rotating Schedule, 12 hour shifts

$18.55/hour
