Clinical Physicist – Relocation to Bermuda

We are recruiting on behalf of our client in Bermuda for an experienced Clinical Physicist to join a Radiation Oncology team. The successful candidate will be required to relocate to Bermuda, with relocation costs covered by the client.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting the safe planning, delivery, and optimization of radiation therapy treatments while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality assurance standards. The Clinical Physicist will work closely with clinical and technical teams to support patient care, oversee radiation safety, and contribute to the ongoing development of the department’s clinical and operational programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support radiation treatment planning, imaging, simulation, and treatment delivery to ensure accurate radiation dosage
  • Implement and oversee advanced radiation therapy procedures and quality assurance programs
  • Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory, accreditation, and radiation safety standards
  • Lead equipment commissioning, calibration, testing, and ongoing performance verification
  • Support troubleshooting, maintenance coordination, and operational readiness of radiation therapy systems
  • Assist with staff training, departmental oversight, and clinical program administration
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s in Radiation Physics or a related discipline
  • Active professional board certification in medical or radiation physics, or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification clinical experience in radiation oncology physics, including advanced treatment procedures is required
  • Experience working with radiation therapy equipment, treatment planning systems, and related clinical technologies
  • Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

Pay: $235,000.00-$248,000.00 per year
