Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching RN/RPN courses, planning and delivering quality instruction based on approved curricula, and engaging students through holistic and career-oriented teaching methods. This includes curriculum development, assignment administration, and student evaluation to ensure effective progression.
Responsibilities
- Teach courses within the NACC Personal Support Worker program.
- Develop course content, curriculum, and teaching materials.
- Engage and supervise students, ensuring academic success and professional development.
- Participate actively in departmental duties, professional development opportunities, and college events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional nursing experience, with a strong preference for candidates with industry connections.
