Join Our Opening Team - Hiring for Our New Restaurant in Downtown Toronto!


Concord Room, a new restaurant from Harlo Entertainment and Big Hug Hospitality, is a classic neighbourhood dining room built around food you want to eat often. Sit down for a shrimp cocktail and a martini at the bar. Grab a beef dip or burger for lunch, in and out if you’re on the clock. Stay for dinner and have some Miami cut beef ribs, grilled fish with dill butter, or chicken paprikash over a bottle of wine.


It’s a room that knows when you’re in a hurry and when you’re not. Nice ingredients, cooked well, with everything happening as it should. We take our cues from the grill houses of another era, but keep things a little more relaxed. The easygoing cousin to Linny’s, without the white tablecloths.

If travelling from King Station:

  • Exit King Station through the Scotia Plaza exit; remain indoors.
  • Follow the path through Scotia Plaza towards Bay Adelaide Centre. Stay to the right.
    • Once you have entered Bay Adelaide, follow the food court path to Community Corner; this is directly across from Zen Kyoto.


If travelling from Queen Station:

  • Exit Queen Station through the PATH exit leading towards Bay Adelaide Centre; remain indoors.
  • Follow PATH directions to Bay Adelaide.
  • Once you have entered Bay Adelaide Centre, the community corner will be on the left side, directly across from Zen Kyoto.

BOH Qualifications


  • Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation methods, and kitchen equipment operation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, with attention to detail and quality
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with kitchen staff and maintain a positive work environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Legal eligibility to work in Ontario, Canada
