Summary

We are seeking a Leasing and Portfolio Manager to join our team in Toronto. This role is vital in managing our leasing operations and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle portfolio and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the Leasing and Finance Portfolio process for new and existing clients.
  • Maintain and optimize the vehicle portfolio to meet company standards.
  • Build and sustain strong customer relationships through excellent service.
  • Negotiate lease terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance customer experience and promote Leasing.
  • Monitor lease agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare reports on portfolio performance and leasing activities.
  • Support administrative tasks related to leasing operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience and success in manaing a vehicle leasing portfolio in a New Vehicle Dealership environment
  • Ability to organize sustained outbound contact activity to ensure continious communication with our portfolio customers
  • Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
