Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Pop Up Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on ensuring guest satisfaction. This position offers an opportunity to develop your hospitality skills and gain valuable experience in restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
  • Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
  • Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables during busy periods without compromising service quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen and dining spaces
  • Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
  • Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Skills

  • Experience in food service, restaurant operations, or the food industry is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
