Pool & General Labour Technician – Seasonal (April–November)

Frisco Pools Inc. is a fast-growing company looking to hire 3 motivated Pool Technicians. We’re seeking individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. If you’re eager to learn and grow, we want to hear from you.

This is a seasonal position (April–November), with the opportunity for full-time, year-round employment for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and inspection of swimming pools, spas, and water features on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.

Tasks include:

• Skimming water surfaces
• Brushing tiles and waterlines
• Vacuuming pools
• Cleaning slides, diving boards, steps, and ladders
• Emptying skimmer baskets, pump baskets, and cleaner bags
• Backwashing filters
• Testing water and adding appropriate treatment products
• Inspecting equipment (including salt systems)
• Maintaining a clean and organized work vehicle
• Keeping accurate vehicle logbooks

We are transitioning to a paperless system, using iPads to log maintenance visits and take photos to ensure quality and transparency.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed)
• Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Spring and Fall may require longer hours, offering increased earning potential

Requirements

• Ability to swim
• Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work (company vehicles provided during work hours)
• Steel-toe work boots
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Assets (not required):

• Plumbing and/or electrical experience
• Pool or hot tub experience
