Full job description

AFIMAC Canada is seeking experienced Close Protection Agents to join our elite security team. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in providing close protection services in a wide range of environments. This role requires extensive experience, high situational awareness, and the ability to work under pressure.

You will earn:

  • $35 to $55.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and appropriately to emergency situations
  • Monitor and assess potential threats; adjust protocols as needed
  • Create and maintain secure environments for clients
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Work collaboratively with drivers, logistics, and surveillance teams
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety strategies
  • Accurately document all incidents

To be eligible to work for AFIMAC you must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in close protection
  • Experience with high-profile or high-net-worth clients
  • Preference given to former military and police personnel
  • Possess a valid Security license in the province of Ontario
  • Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
  • Exceptional judgment, decision-making, and customer service orientation
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Professionally groomed, punctual, and reliable
  • Clean driving abstract
