Full job description

Join our Restaurant Team as a Café Server, where you have the opportunity to learn and grow in a Relais & Châteaux property recognized by Forbes, Michelin Key, AAA Four Diamond, and Travel & Leisure’s World’s Best Hotels.

As a Café Server you will:

  • Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting AAA 4 & 5 Diamond Standards is delivered at all times.
  • Prepare and serve Barista style coffees.
  • Describe food & beverages to The Pointe Restaurant standards.
  • Ensure all allergies and dietary requests are managed.
  • Assist with the preparation of Driftwood Cafe for ensuing shifts.
  • Have knowledge of Silverware Point of Sale system.
  • Stock and manage inventory levels.
  • Work with appropriate food handling guidelines.
  • Balance cash-outs.

  • A valid Serving it Right certification.
  • The ability to make a commitment to the position for a mutually understood and agreed upon period of time.

Salary/Wage: $18.25 per hour
