Full job description

We are a private real-estate management entity that manages 1000 units across Montreal and Laval and we are looking for a building maintenance technician to join our dynamic team. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

Performing repairs in apartments which include minor paint, plaster, and plumbing repairs.

Window and door replacement as a repair.

Changing locks.

Replacing defective equipment.

Assisting other technicians in day-to-day tasks.

Property Maintenance

Minor plumbing repairs

Minor electrical diagnostics

Key Requirements:

· Must have some basic tools.

· Must have license.

· 2+ years of experience in plastering, painting, ceramic/vinyl floors, carpentry electrical and plumbing.

Must have personal vehicle (Attovera will pay 45 cents per km for usage to get to and from job sites).

On-Call on weeknights and weekends for emergencies.

Compensation Type : 45-50$ Per Hour

Nous sommes une entité privée d'investissement immobilier qui possède plus de 500 unités à travers Montréal et Laval, et nous recherchons un technicien de maintenance de bâtiment pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Vos tâches incluront, mais ne se limiteront pas à :

Effectuer des réparations dans les appartements, y compris la peinture, le plâtre et les réparations de plomberie.

Remplacement de fenêtres et de portes dans le cadre de réparations.

Changement de serrures.

Remplacement d'équipements défectueux.

Aider les autres techniciens dans les tâches quotidiennes.

Exigences clés :

Doit posséder quelques outils de base.

Doit avoir un permis.

2 ans d'expérience en plâtrage, peinture, revêtements de plancher en vinyle/céramique, menuiserie, plomberie et en électricité.

Rémunération négociable en fonction de l'expérience.

Doit disposer d'un véhicule personnel (Attovera paiera 45 cents par km pour l'utilisation pour se rendre sur les chantiers et en revenir).

Sur appel pour les urgences les soirs et les week-ends

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
