If you're an experienced Plumbing Journeyperson in Maple Ridge or the Lower Mainland, the Cold Pro team would love to hear from you. We’re committed to reliable, high‑quality work and a strong team culture. As we grow, we’re looking for a motivated professional who takes pride in delivering the right solutions for our clients.

About the Role

Our Journeyman's play a key role in guiding crews, supporting project success, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code. If you enjoy leading others and staying organized on fast‑moving projects, this role is a great fit.

Requirements

  • Proven Journeyman experience
  • Strong work ethic and self‑motivation
  • Ability to plan, organize, and manage workflow
  • Ability to lead a small crew
  • Retrofit and construction experience (asset)
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing code and building practices
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
  • Professional communication and customer‑service skills
  • Willingness to participate in on‑call rotation and standby shifts
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
