  • Manage service calls and projects from initial diagnosis through completion
  • Provide technical guidance and support to apprentices and junior technicians
  • Assist with job planning, material requirements, and estimating as required
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable codes and standards
  • Communicate professionally with customers, property managers, building operators, contractors, tenants, and office staff
  • Complete service documentation, work orders, reports, and job records accurately
  • Maintain organized and professional work areas and company vehicles
  • Help ensure a consistently high standard of workmanship and customer service across the plumbing service team

Requirements

  • Red Seal Plumber or BC Certified Journeyman Plumber
  • Minimum Class B Gas Fitter certification
  • Strong experience in commercial plumbing service and maintenance

  • Strong communication and customer-service skills
  • Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices and junior technicians
  • Valid BC driver's licence with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work under the UA Local 516 collective agreement
