Now we’re expanding our plumbing division — and this role is a key part of that growth. You won’t be plumber #27 on someone else’s roster. You’ll be a founding member of a new division, backed by an established company with a loyal Fraser Valley customer base, a busy HVAC install team, and leadership that respects the trades.

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems with expert precision - water distribution, drainage, venting, and fixtures
• Install and service hot water tanks, tankless water heaters, and boilers
• Read and interpret blueprints and system layouts for new installs and retrofits
• Commission and test installed systems to manufacturer and code standards
• Communicate clearly with customers - explain options, walk through recommendations, and earn trust in every home
• Work alongside a team of highly skilled home service professionals
• Mentor and support the next generation of tradespeople as the division grows
• Deliver 5-Star service, every time
• Represent the AirVantage brand with professionalism and pride - in every home, every interaction, every day

• Starting at $90,000 per year - base salary plus spiffs, bonuses, and commissions

Requirements:

• Red Seal / Journeyman Plumber Certification (required)
• Gas Fitter Certification (asset)
• Valid BC Driver's License with clean driving record (required)
• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Strong working knowledge of BC plumbing codes
• Experience with hot water tanks, tankless systems, boilers, and furnaces considered an asset
• Blueprint reading and layout skills
• Strong attention to detail - you do it right the first time
• Able to reliably commute to Abbotsford, BC
• Perfect English communication skills
