MiLo Group Ltd. is looking for a Apprentice Plumber to join our dynamic service team. This is a full-time, field-based role supporting our clients in Red Deer and surrounding communities.

What You'll Do:

As part of our Service Team, you will:

  • Perform small-scale commercial installations and service work
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and maintain: Commercial, agricultural, and residential plumbing systems, Hydronic systems (boilers, commercial hot water tanks, pumps, controls, etc.), and Furnaces and HVAC components (if experienced).
  • Follow applicable safety protocols, codes, and company policies
  • Participate in the on-call rotation (as required)
  • Recommend comprehensive, proactive repairs and maintenance solutions
  • Stay local – no out-of-town work or long hauls

What We're Looking For:

  • Registered apprentice with the AIT - 3rd year preferred
  • 3-4 years of plumbing service experience preferred (commercial or mixed sector)
  • Valid class 5 driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with Alberta plumbing codes and safety regulations
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative on service call
  • Knowledge of MiLo products and terminology (we’ll help you get up to speed!)
  • Industry experience preferred
