We're looking for an Activities Designer to help shape the ongoing seasonal experience in skate, reporting to the Seasonal Design Director. You will be responsible for pitching, implementing, and fine-tuning activities for players to do solo and with others within skate. You'll also help design features, progression, and new activity modes to help support seasonal and project goals.
Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain compelling activities, challenges, missions, tasks, and events that keep players engaged within seasons and throughout progression.

Refine designs based on internal and external playtests, game metrics, team input, and player feedback.

Work within the Frostbite engine using the editor and visual scripting to prototype and bring your designs to life.

Collaborate with other departments (UI, UX, Gameplay, etc) to support game features with engaging activity loops and content.

Help develop new features and systems related to player engagement, progression, and seasonal content.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's Degree in Game Design or related field, or equivalent industry experience. -
1+ years experience working within game engines implementing content or features.
-
1+ years experience creating progression, activities, or seasonal content for a shipped game.
-
BONUS: A passion for skateboarding and skate culture.
