Full job description

Job Summary:

Operate and maintain blow moulding/extrusion machines to produce plastic products as per quality and production standards. Ensure efficient machine performance, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot blow moulding/extrusion machines

  • Adjust machine parameters (temperature, pressure, speed) for optimal output

  • Perform mould changes and minor maintenance

  • Monitor product quality and perform visual/mechanical checks

  • Record production data and report issues to supervisors

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

  • Maintain clean and organized work area

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in blow moulding or extrusion (plastic manufacturing preferred)

  • Knowledge of machine setup, tooling, and troubleshooting

  • Ability to read basic technical drawings/specs

  • Strong attention to detail and quality control

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred:

  • Experience with PET/HDPE materials

  • Mechanical aptitude or maintenance experience
