We use passion and innovation to create Smarter Laundry Solutions for large healthcare systems across North America. We provide professional healthcare laundry services and a comprehensive range of reusable textiles, including reusable surgical products, designed to support patient care at hospitals and long-term care facilities. We own and operate highly efficient regional laundry plants, including Mississauga and Hamilton, Ontario. Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, people-focused leader to oversee our Ontario region, this includes onsite presence at our Mississauga and Hamilton laundry plants.

Responsibilities
Culture & Team Leadership
- Build strong relationships and foster a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability.

Financial & Business Leadership
- Provide overall leadership and accountability for operational and financial performance, including safety, quality, productivity, customer service, and profitability.
- Monitor business results, analyze performance metrics, and partner with plant leadership teams to identify opportunities and implement improvement strategies.
- Work together with internal stakeholders on pricing strategies, contract administration, invoicing, and business development opportunities.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage key vendor relationships to ensure strong commercial outcomes and service excellence.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and resource planning to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth
- Facilitate capital investment planning and the effective allocation of resources to strengthen long-term operational success and regional growth
People, HR & Labour
- Partner with Human Resources to ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Foster positive labour relations, including working cooperatively with union representatives and supporting the effective resolution of employee relations matters.
- Lead, coach, and develop leaders across the region, building organizational capability and supporting succession planning.
- Promote a positive employee experience by supporting engagement, performance, and professional development initiatives.
- Drive workforce planning efforts to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Continuous Improvement
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, driving initiatives that enhance operational performance, customer satisfaction, safety, employee engagement, and financial results.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence principles to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and improve efficiency across the region.
- Partner with frontline employees and leaders to develop practical, sustainable solutions that deliver measurable business impact.
- Foster a mindset of innovation, teamwork, and accountability, encouraging teams to continuously improve how work is performed and value is delivered to customers.
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, or a similarly complex, process-driven environment.
- 5+ years experience at senior leadership level
- Proven success leading multi-site operations with accountability for operational performance, customer service, people leadership, and financial results.
- Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing teams and future leaders.
- Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Toyota Production System (TPS), or other continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting, cost management, capital planning, and P&L accountability.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in unionized manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Proven ability to lead change, drive continuous improvement, and deliver results within established, high-performing organizations.
- A collaborative and authentic leadership style, characterized by integrity, accountability, sound judgment, and a commitment to developing people
Working Conditions
- Split time between on-site presence at the Mississauga, Hamilton, and Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) locations.
- Both laundry plants operate 7 days a week.
- Working in the vicinity of industrial laundry equipment and temperature extremes.
