Plant Manager

Plastic + Paper is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead production, warehousing, maintenance, inventory, and continuous improvement across our operation.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who can develop people, improve performance, and build systems that support growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, and maintenance operations
  • Manage and develop a team of 10-20 employees
  • Improve safety, quality, productivity, on-time delivery, and inventory accuracy
  • Establish performance standards, training, and accountability
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean and structured problem-solving tools
  • Work closely with ownership and cross-functional teams to meet customer needs

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in manufacturing leadership
  • Experience managing teams of 10+ employees
  • Proven track record improving operational performance
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, or similar methods
  • Packaging, paper, printing, plastics, or converting experience is an asset
