ABOUT THE JOB

RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes but is not limited to:

  • Engage and work with children and adults
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with healthcare professionals to identify the best course of action in treatment and therapy for the individuals.
  • Send out periodic updates and reviews
  • Development, coordination, and implementation of plans and strategies to promote and expand outreach for our charity
  • Coordinate other projects or projects initiated by the organization.
  • Plan, develop and establish policies and objectives of the organization.
  • Manage and monitor event budgets

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work/ Psychology / Medicine/ Mental Health
  • 3+ years of experience working in a Canadian charitable foundation, in fundraising, donor, or partner engagement.
  • Empathy and passion for working and encouraging change in society
  • The capacity to lead, motivate and effectively communicate
  • Strong problem-solving skills
