Job Overview

Domino’s Pizza in Inglewood is looking for a General Manager who is adaptable and self motivated not to mention the passion for customer service.

Qualifications

At least one year of experience as a General Manager in a pizza restaurant

Must be at least 18 years old.

Availability to be able to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for all store operations.
  • Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
  • Hiring and training new Team Members.
  • Develop Team Members to reach their full potential in a fast-paced, fun working environment.
  • Perform all duties of Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and Delivery Drivers.
  • Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile (yes, even on the phone!).
  • Operating the cash register and collecting payments from customers.
  • Making fast, accurate, and consistent products that comply with portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from front-of-house to back-of-house.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
  • Maintain and control inventory, ensuring product quality and service meet company operating standards.
  • Build and enhance profits by developing strong relationships with local businesses and the community.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading a team; you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people during your shift.
  • A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Your own transportation
  • Full open availability
  • You have to be at least 18 years old.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
