Pizzeria Team Member

The Pizzeria Team Member supports daily store operations by preparing ingredients, making pizzas, assisting customers, and ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Provide fast, friendly service in-person and by phone.
  • Enter orders accurately in DeliverPlus and communicate any changes.
  • Resolve customer questions or concerns professionally.

Food Preparation

  • Prepare ingredients and dough to standard.
  • Make, cook, cut, and package pizzas consistently.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.

Store Operations

  • Maintain clean, organized workstations and complete assigned cleaning tasks.
  • Restock ingredients, beverages, and supplies as needed.
  • Support opening, mid-day, and closing procedures, including setup, cash handling, equipment checks, and store cleanup.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or current student.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Basic math skills (cash handling, measurement, inventory).
  • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to operate kitchen and food-service equipment safely.
