Overview

We are a busy Pizza Pizza location looking for a skilled, fast, and reliable Experienced Pizza Maker to join our team for our weekday closing shifts. If you know your way around a pizza station and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

****** IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: Prior commercial pizza-making experience is strictly required for this position. If you do not have hands-on experience stretching dough, saucing, cheesing, and managing a pizza oven, please do not apply. We are looking for someone who can step in and hit the ground running on day one. ******

Responsibilities

• Hand-stretching dough quickly and consistently according to Pizza Pizza standards.
• Prepping ingredients and accurately topping pizzas to order under tight timeframes.
• Managing the conveyor oven and ensuring product quality control.
• Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized station throughout the shift.
• Executing proper closing procedures to ensure the kitchen is clean, stocked, and ready for the next morning.

Experience

• Must have proven experience working as a pizza maker/cook (Pizza Pizza or fast-casual pizza experience is a huge asset).
• Ability to work efficiently and keep calm under pressure during rush hours.
• Strong reliability and commitment to the Monday to Friday closing schedule.
• Food Safety Certification is a plus.
