Pizza Pizza in all aspects of Operations and Guest Services. We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to manage our restaurants in Huntsville, Ontario., driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Help employees establish exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the presentation of safe food products to customers.
- Lead by example by presenting a professional image at all times.
- Provide weekly reports of the store budget, daily inventory of stock
- Increase sales to meet revenue targets; ensure that all labor costs are within budget.
- Maintain high company standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- Perform minor maintenance work, as needed.
- Seek opportunities for the restaurant to participate in community events.
- Maintain food product inventory levels deemed acceptable for sales volumes.
- Provide a pleasant work environment.
Qualifications:
- Post-Secondary diploma/degree is an asset.
- Food service and management experience required.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) and computer skills.
- A valid driver's license is essential.
- Conscientious and profitability-oriented approach.
- Multi-unit experience, ideally with a background in restaurant openings or training.
- Willingness to work a 50-hour week, including evenings and weekends and holidays.
- Ability to meet deadlines through effective time management.
- Desire to constantly take on challenges to foster personal growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
