We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, positive individual to join our team as a full-time Administration Manager to lead our administrative team and streamline our operations.

Job Summary & Purpose

The Administrative Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing and optimizing the administrative operations that support our day-to-day functions. This role involves a broad range of responsibilities, including managing a team of administrative professionals, coordinating office activities, and implementing processes to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.

The Administrative Manager ensures that the administrative functions align with the organization’s goals and supports various departments in achieving their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead and supervise the administrative team, including hiring, training, and performance management
-Develop and implement efficient office procedures and workflows to enhance productivity
-Prepare, maintain, and manage records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company policies
-Oversee office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities
-Coordinate and manage service schedules and staff events
-Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives
-Assist with budgeting and financial management
-Resolve internal and external inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
-Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes and contribute to the overall success of the organization
-Communicate with customers through phone and email
-Process payments and apply them to invoices
-Review job sheets and create invoices

Education

Required: A High School Diploma combined with some management training from a reputable establishment
Preferred: Associate Degree in Management

Experience

Required: Three or more years experience as an AdministrationTechnician of an equivalent operation with a minimum of $2.0M in annual sales.

Preferred: Five years or more as an Administration Manager in a service contracting company with a minimum of $5.0M annual sales.

Competencies Needed (knowledge, skills, abilities, and attributes)

-High level of professionalism & organization
-Strong verbal and written communicator, with a passion for grammar, spelling, & language structure
-Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities, handle unforeseen challenges, and adapt to new technologies or processes
-Inquisitive and positive nature
-High character

Job Type: Full-time

Transportation:
Reliable transportation required due to our location. Bus service is not available

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50.0 per week
