Job Description:

Pinnacle International is one of Canada’s leading builders of luxury condominium residences, hotels and commercial developments. Based in Vancouver, BC, Pinnacle has been involved in development, design, construction and management for over three decades. Pinnacle’s portfolio includes landmark locations in Vancouver, Toronto and San Diego.

The Financial and Collections Analyst is responsible for monitoring / reporting collection activities and financial reports for management. This position will work closely with property managers and other team members.

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze accounts receivable ageing reports to identify overdue accounts and prioritize collection efforts based on payment due dates, account risk, and outstanding balance severity.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payment arrangements, tenant communications and account status updates.
  • Follow up on outstanding balances, discrepancies and adherence to payment plans in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare financial reports, account summaries and collection updates for management review.
  • Recommend accounts for further action when collection efforts are unsuccessful.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in collections, property management, leasing or a related administrative role within the real estate industry.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with property managers and internal departments.
  • Working knowledge of Yardi and RealPage accounting platforms is preferred but not required.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
