Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Houseman to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will support the cleanliness and maintenance of guest areas, ensuring a welcoming and pristine environment for all visitors. Your energy and attention to detail will help uphold our high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and order
• Support the housekeeping team with laundry, linen distribution, and supply replenishment
• Perform industrial cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and stored properly after each shift
• Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping needs or maintenance issues
• Follow established safety protocols to maintain a clean, hazard-free environment
• Support custodial efforts during special events or hotel renovations as needed

Experience

• Previous custodial or industrial cleaning experience preferred
• Hotel or hospitality experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards

Pay: $19.53-$25.51 per hour
