Full job description

Are you a Resident or Registered PT who wants more than just a job?

Hamilton's most award-winning physiotherapy group is looking for a Physiotherapist to join a team that actually invests in your career: clinically, financially, and personally.

Why Physiotherapists Choose Precision

We don't just say we're the best: our patients do.

  • 4,900+ five-star Google Reviews across locations
  • TOP 3 Rated Physiotherapy Clinic in Hamilton — 5 years running
  • Readers' Choice, Consumer Choice & TOP Choice Award winners — all nominated by patients
  • 18 clinic locations, 170+ team members, 28+ PT clinicians

What This Role Looks Like

You'll join a collaborative, high-performance PT team with:

  • Full reception support — we handle all booking, invoicing, and billing so you can focus on patients
  • Established referral sources + ongoing marketing to grow your caseload
  • Online charting and a shared Google Drive with pre-built resources and handouts
  • Biweekly clinical education meetings — grade 5 mobilizations, neurodynamics, dry needling, concussion, vestibular rehab, advanced taping, and more
  • Generous continuing education budget

Built for Growth — Yours

This is not a clock-in, clock-out job. Here's what career growth actually looks like here:

Path A — Stay clinical. Build an exceptional caseload. We support that fully.
Path B — Get involved in the business side. Marketing, operations, leadership.
Path C — Clinic Lead → Clinical Director → Clinic Owner and beyond. (Yes, ownership is on the table. Ask me directly.)

Our PTA staff have gone on to PT school. Our new grad residents have become clinical owners and partners. We grow together — that's not a tagline, it's how we're built.

For Resident PTs — This Is Your Place

If you're preparing for your OCE/Clinical Component exam, you'll have:

  • Mentorship from seasoned clinicians who have been exactly where you are
  • Access to clinic facilities for practice sessions
  • Collaboration with other Residents in the company
  • Some direct and indirect coaching from Avi Singh, PT — who has mentored 1,000+ Resident PTs over a decade-long career.

The Culture (For Real)

We work hard, and we show up for each other. That means:

  • Paintball, bowling, axe-throwing, baseball games, BBQs, hiking, brewery nights
  • Denim Fridays — company gear, jeans, and good energy
  • Halloween events, potlucks, gingerbread nights — families included
  • Open-book management — everyone knows how the company is doing. The better we do, the more everyone makes.

If you want to be professionally challenged, surrounded by people who care about clinical excellence and about you as a person — read on.

If you prefer to clock in, collect a cheque, and leave — this isn't the right fit, and that's okay.

What We're Looking For

  • Registered Physiotherapist (or Resident PT in good standing with the CPO)
  • New graduates welcome — we have a structured mentorship program
  • Passion for clinical growth and patient outcomes
  • Team player who takes ownership of their work
  • Based in or willing to work in the St Catherine area

Compensation & Perks

  • Competitive hourly wage (commensurate with experience — let's talk)
  • Continuing education budget
  • Paid subscriptions to clinical resource platforms
  • Freedom to run your own programs, workshops, and groups
  • A team that has your back

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • St. Catharines, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Application question(s):

  • Are you able to work Saturdays

Licence/Certification:

  • Physiotherapist Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
