Full job description

**Relocation Support Available: We are excited to welcome physiotherapists who are considering a move to St. Albert. For the right candidate, we offer relocation assistance to help make the transition to our clinic and community as seamless as possible.

Complete Wellness Physiotherapy is a growing, community-focused clinic in St. Albert! We’re proud to serve local residents who love that we’re a trusted neighbourhood clinic — offering high-quality, personalized care close to home.

Our team includes physiotherapists, massage therapists, kinesiologists, nutrition professionals, psychologists, and personal trainers, all working together to support recovery, prevention, and performance.
We also collaborate closely with local chiropractors to ensure seamless, integrated care for our patients.

We’re continuing to grow each week, currently seeing an average of 8–10 new assessments weekly. This provides a strong and consistent flow of new patients to help quickly build a new therapist’s caseload.

We’re looking for 1-2 Physiotherapists to join our friendly, professional team! New grads welcome!

What We Offer

  • A steady and growing caseload — our community has embraced our clinic, and referrals continue to increase.
  • Collaborative environment with other health professionals
  • Administrative support for scheduling and billing (JaneApp)
  • Treatment of WCB, MVA, Veterans Affairs, and extended health care patients.
  • Flexible schedule options — we value work–life balance.
  • Continuing education support and mentorship (great for new grads!).
  • A positive, community-oriented team culture where your input and ideas matter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and treatment for diverse patient populations (MSK, ortho, post-op, concussion, etc.).
  • Develop individualized care plans including exercise prescription, manual therapy, and patient education.
  • Communicate effectively with other practitioners and external partners (e.g., personal trainers, WCB, MVA adjusters).
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in JaneApp.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive clinic environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
  • Registered (or eligible for registration) with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.
  • Professional liability insurance (required).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm for collaborative care and community engagement.
  • Experience with WCB, MVA, or VA claims is an asset (training provided if needed).

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about helping people move and feel better.
  • Enjoys working in a tight-knit, community-based clinic.
  • Thrives in a busy, collaborative environment.
  • Values professional growth, mentorship, and quality patient care.
  • Wants to be part of a team that genuinely supports one another and celebrates success.

Competitive percentage split based on experience.

If you’re ready to join a clinic that’s growing, community-driven, and dedicated to complete wellness — we’d love to meet you!
