Full job description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team specially for Monday, Wednesday Friday and Saturdays hours . As a physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or other physical conditions that limit their movement and mobility. You will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of techniques and modalities to improve their physical function and alleviate pain.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical condition and medical history
  • Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and goals
  • Implementing treatment interventions, which may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and patient education
  • Monitoring patients' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Providing guidance and support to patients and their families/caregivers
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records as per CPO standards on Universal software
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
  • Valid provincial license or registration to practice as a physiotherapist
  • Strong Hands on Manual skills
  • Knowledge of WSIB, MVA and Universal software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, ON N5Z 3V3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
