Full job description

Rehabilitation Centre is currently seeking a Physiotherapist to join our Multi-Disciplinary Team.We practice in a multidisciplinary setting with other Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Chiropractors, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, and other healthcare disciplines. You are a professional that thrives on assessing clients' problems and needs and then finding the best way to recover.
Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of Master's Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Registration with the College of Physiotherapy of Ontario
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and able to work independently
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong skills in critical thinking, decision-making, and analysis
  • The ability to work collaboratively as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license,
  • Use of a reliable vehicle that is insured for business use
  • 3-5 years Clinical practice experience preferred
  • ADP Certification is an asset
  • Experience in community health

Accountabilities:

  • Initiate appropriate treatment intervention based on clinical assessment
  • Develop a care plan with the client based on the assessment
  • Document and communicate the care plan according to established guidelines and standards.
  • Provide on-going evaluation of client progress
  • Meet and exceed productivity standards
  • Administer and collect outcome measurement information
  • Supervise support staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Communicate to appropriate referral sources and stakeholders

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $47.00 per hour
