Full job description

J2M is Hiring a Physiotherapist, Athletic Therapist, or Osteopath

Most clinics hire practitioners.

We're looking for someone who wants to become exceptional.

At J2M, we believe the future of rehabilitation isn't just manual therapy, exercise sheets, or passive treatments.

It's understanding how people move.

We're a growing movement-based clinic in Montreal's West Island that combines:

  • Hands-on therapy
  • Functional movement assessment
  • Corrective exercise
  • Shockwave therapy
  • Performance rehabilitation

Our goal isn't simply to get clients out of pain.

Our goal is to help them understand their bodies and move better than they have in years.

Who This Position Is For

You might be a great fit if:

  • You constantly watch rehab content online
  • You enjoy solving difficult cases
  • You think there is more to treatment than massage and stretching
  • You love learning
  • You want mentorship and growth
  • You eventually want to become a leader within a clinic

Who This Position Is NOT For

This role is probably not for you if:

  • You're looking for a clinic where you simply show up and collect a paycheck
  • You dislike exercise-based rehabilitation
  • You aren't interested in ongoing learning
  • You prefer working completely independently

What You'll Gain

  • Mentorship from a growing clinic owner
  • Access to shockwave therapy training
  • Exposure to a unique movement-based system
  • The opportunity to build your own clientele
  • A supportive team environment
  • Real growth opportunities as the clinic expands

What We're Building

J2M isn't trying to become another therapy clinic.

We're building a team of clinicians who want to become known as movement experts.

If that excites you, we'd love to meet you.

Pay: $46.00-$56.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule
  • On-site parking

Work Location: In person
