Company Overview

Registered Psychologist or Clinically Registered Social Worker (MULTIPLE POSITIONS)

A Message from Dr. Melody Morin (Dr. Mel), CEO & Founder

At Level Up Wellness Group, we are building something different. We are more than a clinic , we are a movement toward care that is connected rather than fragmented, human rather than transactional, and deeply grounded in meaningful transformation.

We are expanding our holistic health hub and looking for passionate, regulated clinicians who want to do depth work. We are breaking down the silos of healthcare by bringing mental health, chiropractic care, and naturopathic medicine under one collaborative roof.

If you are ready to move away from assembly-line therapy and into a space that values genuine connection, interdisciplinary synergy, and whole-person healing, we want to hear from you.

The Opportunities

Because we are actively growing, we are seeking therapists to fill three key areas of need within our practice. Whether you specialize in one or span across multiple, we want to connect.

1. Adult Trauma & Addictions Specialist

This role is for a clinician who helps adults rebuild after trauma, untangle the grip of addiction, and restore emotional stability and self-trust.

  • Target Population: Adults (18+)
  • Focus Areas: Complex and developmental trauma, substance use and behavioral addictions, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, and relational/attachment challenges.
  • Preferred Modalities: EMDR, CPT, DBT-informed therapy, ACT, somatic approaches, or Motivational Interviewing.

2. Child, Youth & Family Therapist

We are expanding our care to support the youngest members of our community. This role focuses on helping kids, teens, and families navigate developmental milestones, mental health challenges, and system struggles.

  • Target Population: Children, adolescents, and families.
  • Focus Areas: Childhood trauma, anxiety, OCD behavioral challenges, school-related stress, family transitions, and emotional regulation.
  • Preferred Modalities: Play therapy, youth-focused CBT/DBT, narrative therapy, Ex/RP expressive arts, or family systems therapy.

3. Integrative Pain Management, MVA & Trauma Specialist

A unique role working at the intersection of physical and mental health. You will collaborate directly with our Chiropractor and Naturopathic Doctor to provide holistic rehabilitation for clients processing physical and psychological trauma.

  • Target Population: Adults and youths recovering from injuries, living with chronic pain, or navigating the aftermath of accidents.
  • Focus Areas: Chronic pain management, Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) recovery, somatic trauma, and health psychology.
  • Preferred Modalities: Somatic experiencing, Biofeedback-informed care, ACT, mindfulness-based pain reduction, or EMDR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality individual and/or family psychotherapy (virtually, in-person, or hybrid).
  • Conduct clinical intakes, assessments, case formulations, and collaborative treatment planning within your scope.
  • Maintain timely, ethical, and secure clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate actively with our multidisciplinary team (including chiropractor, naturopathic doctor, and fellow therapists) to provide truly integrated care.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Credentials: Registered Psychologist, Provisional Psychologist, or MSW (Clinical Registered Social Worker) in good standing with your respective provincial regulatory board (e.g., CAP, ACSW).
  • Autonomy: Authorized to provide independent psychotherapy.
  • Protection: Active professional liability insurance.
  • Mindset: A passionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to clinical work.

Why Level Up?

  • A True Multidisciplinary Team: We don't just share a hallway; we share ideas. You will have the unique opportunity to consult and collaborate with physical health practitioners to treat the whole person.
  • Flexibility & Autonomy: Manage your own schedule as an independent contractor with part-time or full-time caseload options.
  • Growth-Focused Environment: We value clinical excellence and actively support your professional evolution.
  • Supportive Infrastructure: Access to our streamlined booking, billing, and marketing systems so you can focus on what you do best, helping clients heal.

How to Apply

We encourage you to visit our website to see exactly how we are enhancing healthcare in a meaningful manner.

If you are seeking relational, high-impact clinical work, we would love to connect. Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter indicating which population focus (Adult Trauma/Addiction, Child/Youth, or Pain Management/MVA) aligns best with your expertise.

Apply directly to here or on our website at www.luwg.ca. Level Up Wellness Group is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive, safe environment for all clinicians and clients.
