Innovation Physical therapy is a 100% independent, locally owned physiotherapy clinic's in Edmonton ! We believe in the philosophy "Love getting better" and looking for a Physiotherapists with similar thoughts. You can be part of our team if you have the qualities to work in a dynamic outpatient clinic, are eager to learn more, and are passionate about improving your client's quality of life.

We are seeking a full-time/part-time physiotherapists who can work at Innovation Physical therapy clinics . This position comes with a pleasing current caseload of MVA, WCB and private patients. We specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports , MVA, and work-related injury rehabilitation.

You will be supported by highly trained professionals and dedicated support staff committed to providing clinical excellence, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform physical assessments and provide an overview of assessment, classification, and treatment to clients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a wide range of clients including MVA, WCB and private clients.
  • Work towards progressing the clients’ physical capabilities and enhancing lifestyle and well-being
  • Promote positive relationships between clients, families, team members and community.
  • Utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
  • Delegating treatment to Physiotherapy Assistants.
  • Collaborating with the inter-professional team at your clinic.
  • Communicating with external stakeholders and client referral sources
  • Managing caseload in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

  • You are a registered member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists in Alberta
  • You are passionate about your profession and committed to ongoing learning
