Full job description

Primary Responsibilities:

Marketing Assistant

· Working closely with the Director, Marketing to develop integrated marketing campaigns

· Providing input on marketing plans

· Conducting market research

· Creating and publishing marketing content, including blog posts, graphics, articles, videos, and other formats

· Managing and executing social media marketing, digital advertising, and email marketing activities aligned with corporate strategy

· Updating and maintaining website, marketing, and sales automation platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Mailchimp) and other internal systems

· Liaising with internal teams to gather content

· Develop and execute new client marketing packages for certifications brands

· Assistance with admin activities such as survey building, spreadsheet and data collection, and filtering through contact lists needed for targeted campaigns

· Assistance with event prep (e.g. marketing materials, packaging etc.)

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong writing skills;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office;
  • Design skills: Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator ;
  • Social media knowledge and experience;
  • Experience with Mailchimp or other platforms is an asset;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Interest, background in, or passion for nutraceuticals;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, on multiple projects;

Education and Experience:

· College Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or relevant experience/knowledge

- 1-3 years experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
