Position Summary

Content Creator to help tell our story, strengthen our brand, and support the execution of our marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a creative, organized, and energetic individual who enjoys creating engaging content while also helping coordinate campaigns, events, and day-to-day marketing activities.

The successful candidate will play a key role in showcasing our people, projects, customers, and community involvement while helping ensure our marketing efforts are executed consistently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

  • Capture photos and videos of installations, service calls, company events, and team activities
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Produce and edit short-form video content, including reels and promotional videos
  • Create employee spotlight, customer testimonial, recruiting, and culture-focused content
  • Develop content that highlights our workmanship, company values, and customer experiences
  • Maintain an organized library of marketing photos, videos, and digital assets
  • Assist with content planning and content calendars
  • Help identify content opportunities throughout the organization

Marketing Administration

  • Schedule and publish social media content
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications
  • Support website content updates
  • Coordinate marketing projects and timelines
  • Assist with review generation and reputation management initiatives
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, radio stations, and advertising partners
  • Track and organize marketing requests from departments throughout the company

Creative Design Support

  • Create social media graphics and promotional materials
  • Design event signage, flyers, brochures, and marketing collateral
  • Assist with recruiting and employer branding materials
  • Support vehicle wrap, apparel, and promotional product design projects
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials

Events & Community Involvement

  • Assist with the planning and execution of community events
  • Support home shows, trade shows, sponsorships, and company events
  • Coordinate marketing materials and event logistics
  • Capture content before, during, and after events

Qualifications

Required

  • Experience creating content for social media platforms
  • Strong photography and videography skills
  • Experience with video editing software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between company locations, jobsites, and events
  • Must be able to work a “flex” schedule each week based on content opportunities and requirements each week.

Preferred

  • Experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or a related field
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
  • Knowledge of social media trends and best practices
  • Experience with website content management systems
  • Experience coordinating events or community initiatives
