We are looking for a producer join our meeting/event and film production campus on King Street West in Toronto.

StartWell is a destination campus that has 3 event venues with full AV for hybrid presentations/broadcasts as well as a wealth of support/meeting spaces and closed-set video podcast studios.

You'll be working in small teams and on your own to manage/run multi-cam video broadcasts and recordings; including video podcasts, talking heads, livestreams and more for publishing on our digital magazine (https://startwell.co/pages/insights) and elsewhere.

Our in house gear list is extensive and you would be expected to use a mixture of Canon and Blackmagic video cameras plus lavs, vocal mics, shotguns, streaming gear including BlackMagic ATEM hardware and lighting in full studio setups as well as stages in various meeting spaces at StartWell. Our production sets are pre-configured, so there aren't many moving parts to content capture here - except for capturing ad-hoc client interviews/testimonials during events as well as candid photography during client bookings/events.

The chosen applicant will be a confident person who enjoys all aspects of production and who wants to take on control of setups, production and post, we’ll familiar with editing on DaVinci Resolve.

You should be as familiar working with audio as video and have an understanding of photography as well.

Humility is an asset at StartWell - you will be responsible for all streaming gear, setups and client needs; working with our internal team and amazing global clients.

We are looking for someone who can solo produce an interview with a CEO of a billion dollar company whilst also ensuring the smooth operation of a Google Meet session in our meeting rooms for example - this mixture should seem fun to you if you’re the right person.
