As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Creative Brand Lead to play a critical role in shaping and executing the creative direction across our organization.

Role Overview

The Creative Brand Lead is responsible for driving the visual identity and creative execution across multiple brands within the Joeys Group. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role oversees the design team while remaining highly hands-on in the development and execution of creative assets.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing high volumes of work, and is passionate about building strong, cohesive brands through thoughtful and impactful design.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Leadership & Strategy

  • Help shape and evolve brand identities across multiple companies and partner brands
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual standards
  • Translate business goals into strong, creative brand execution

Creative Execution

  • Be highly hands-on in design and content production across digital, print, and marketing materials
  • Produce high-quality assets quickly and efficiently
  • Lead by example with smart, strategic creative work

Design Team Leadership

  • Manage, mentor, and support the in-house design team
  • Provide clear creative direction and feedback
  • Oversee workflow, timelines, and project prioritization

Campaign & Content Development

  • Lead creative execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams
  • Ensure all deliverables align with brand and business objectives

Brand Governance

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines across all business units
  • Ensure consistent application across all channels
  • Act as the internal authority on brand standards

Qualifications & ExperienceRequired

  • 5+ years in a creative, brand, or design leadership role
  • Proven experience managing and leading a creative/design team (required)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage workflows, deadlines, and deliver under pressure
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator
  • InDesign
  • Strong working proficiency in:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Lightroom
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both hands-on execution and leadership

Bonus Assets

  • Photography and videography skills (shooting and editing)
  • Experience producing content for digital and social platforms
