We are a growing, woman-owned warehouse storage solutions company specializing in pallet racking, warehouse installations, dismantles, relocations, buyback of used racking, safety solutions, permits, PSRs, and complete turnkey warehouse projects.

We are looking for someone who can help us build our brand, showcase our work, and create strong, consistent, engaging content across all social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is confident using social media including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik-Tok and Youtube, comfortable attending active job sites, and able to turn real project footage into professional content that helps grow our company.

Working Hours

This position is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Some flexibility may be required depending on job site schedules, project timelines, special events, or content needs. There may be days where you are working from our office, visiting job sites throughout the GTA, or creating and organizing content.

Hourly Wage

Pay will range from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience, skill level, portfolio, and ability to independently manage the role.

Responsibilities include:

Creating, filming, editing, and posting content for Racked Out Inc.

Managing all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube, and any other relevant platforms.

Capturing real footage at job sites, including installations, dismantles, warehouse projects, materials, equipment, before-and-after videos, team footage, and behind-the-scenes content.

Managing and using content equipment such as cameras, microphones, lighting, tripods, and other tools required to create quality footage.

Creating professional captions, hooks, hashtags, and written content that match our brand voice.

Engaging with comments, messages, shares, tags, and audience interaction across all platforms.

Creating and maintaining a consistent posting schedule.

Building weekly and monthly content calendars.

Planning content on a month-by-month basis, including project highlights, educational posts, product posts, promotional content, team content, and company updates.

Working with our brand colours, logos, fonts, company image, and overall tone.

Helping grow the company’s online presence through consistent, creative, and professional content.

Creating reels, short-form videos, project updates, customer-focused content, educational posts, and behind-the-scenes footage.

Attending job sites throughout the GTA to capture active project footage while following all safety rules and site expectations.

Organizing photos, videos, files, brand assets, and completed content.

Working with mangement and the team to understand upcoming projects, promotions, services, and content goals.

Staying up to date with current social media trends and applying them in a way that fits our industry and brand.

Helping present Racked Out Inc. as professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and approachable.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience creating content for social media.

Experience filming and editing videos.

Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, reels, stories, and posting strategies.

Strong writing skills for captions, hooks, hashtags, and professional company posts.

Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar editing/design platforms.

A creative eye for video, photography, layout, branding, and storytelling.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan content in advance.

The ability to work independently and manage a posting schedule.

Confidence attending active job sites and capturing real footage.

A professional attitude when representing the company on-site.

Comfort around warehouses, equipment, construction-style environments, and trades.

The ability to take raw footage and turn it into clean, engaging, professional content.

A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation is preferred, as job site visits may be required.

This role would be a great fit for someone who:

Loves social media and content creation.

Can come up with creative ideas without needing constant direction.

Is organized, reliable, and able to follow through with a content plan.

Understands the importance of brand consistency.

Can make an industrial company look modern, professional, and engaging online.

Is comfortable working both in an office setting and on active job sites.

Wants to grow with a company and help build its online presence.

What we offer:

Full benefits after 3 months.

A creative role with room to grow.

Hourly pay based on experience.

Hands-on experience with real projects, real job sites, and real company growth.

The opportunity to help build a brand in a unique industry.

A supportive team environment.

The ability to bring your ideas forward and help shape our company’s social media presence.
