We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Winnipeg, MB. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Job Overview
The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing high‑quality, visually compelling designs across a range of digital and print platforms. This role requires a strong foundation in graphic design principles, proficiency with industry‑standard tools, and the ability to translate marketing strategies into engaging visual content.

The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining brand consistency while supporting creative development and the execution of design assets for marketing, product, and internal initiatives across multiple channels.

What you'll do:

  • Design and produce marketing materials including social media graphics, digital ads, web assets, and print collateral
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints (websites, signage, packaging, apparel, etc.)
  • Support product and packaging design, including labels and merchandising materials
  • Create presentations, templates, and internal/external documents
  • Develop digital assets for websites and e-commerce platforms, ensuring optimization for user experience
  • Contribute to internal and external communications through visual content
  • Provide basic multimedia support (video editing, photography)
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and quality standards are met
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and other departments

What you'll need:

  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 2–5 years of relevant design experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
