Full job description

About Hart Entertainment

Hart Entertainment is a Toronto-based experiential marketing and event entertainment company that creates memorable brand activations, corporate events, and private celebrations. We help companies connect with audiences through interactive experiences, innovative entertainment, and exceptional event execution.

We're looking for an ambitious, organized, and relationship-driven professional to help grow three key areas of our business.

What You'll Do

University Orientation Week Activations

Work with leading consumer brands, university student organizations, and our internal team to develop and execute Orientation Week campaigns across Canada. You'll help build brand partnerships, coordinate activations, manage client relationships, and expand our university marketing platform.

Employee Appreciation & Corporate Events

Identify and connect with HR professionals, event managers, marketing teams, and business leaders responsible for planning employee appreciation events, summer picnics, holiday parties, conferences, trade shows, and team-building initiatives. You'll help generate new business while supporting clients throughout the planning process.

Premium Consumer Events

Work alongside wedding planners, Bar and Bat Mitzvah planners, and private event organizers to recommend unique entertainment experiences, including AI photography, VR arcade games, interactive attractions, décor, and more.

Why Join Hart Entertainment?

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in experiential marketing, business development, partnerships, and account management.

As a growing company, you'll work directly with senior leadership, contribute strategic ideas, build meaningful client relationships, and see the impact of your work every day. You'll gain experience and responsibility much faster than you typically would at a larger organization.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Outgoing and confident building relationships
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
  • A strong communicator who enjoys meeting with clients
  • Creative and resourceful when solving problems
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about events, experiential marketing, partnerships, and business development
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys learning and taking on new responsibilities

AI & Technology Skills

We're looking for someone who embraces modern technology and uses AI tools to improve productivity. You should be comfortable using platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for research, brainstorming, content creation, organization, and workflow automation.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following is considered an asset:

  • Event planning or event coordination
  • Experiential marketing
  • Sponsorship or partnership sales
  • Brand ambassador or promotional marketing
  • Customer service
  • Account management
  • Business development

Requirements

  • Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence
  • Willingness to occasionally work evenings, weekends, and extended hours during busy event periods

Compensation & Benefits

  • $50,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Company health insurance plan
  • Significant opportunities for professional growth and advancement

Who Will Thrive Here?

You'll succeed in this role if you're energetic, curious, and motivated to grow your career. You enjoy meeting people, building relationships, creating opportunities, and finding creative solutions. You're excited about experiential marketing and live events, and you're comfortable using modern technology, including AI, to work more efficiently.

How to Apply

If you're interested in joining our team, we'd love to hear from you.

Along with your resume, please include a brief paragraph explaining why you believe this role is a good fit for your background and career goals. Applications that include this short introduction will receive priority consideration.

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Benefits:
