Advertek is expanding to Burlington and is looking for an experienced Green Screen Pro Lab Operator to join our growing photo production team.

Working in our professional imaging department, you'll operate Green Screen Pro Lab equipment and workflow systems to produce high-quality photographic prints, specialty photo products, and professional imaging applications. This role requires strong attention to detail, colour accuracy, and the ability to manage digital image workflows while maintaining consistent production quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate Green Screen Pro Lab workflow and production systems to process professional photo orders.
  • Prepare and manage digital image files for production while maintaining image quality and accuracy.
  • Review job tickets, customer specifications, and production requirements.
  • Perform colour adjustments and quality checks to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
  • Monitor production workflow to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Identify and troubleshoot image quality issues including colour, cropping, sizing, and file preparation concerns.
  • Coordinate with Noritsu, digital printing, finishing, and shipping departments to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Maintain accurate production records and update job status as required.
  • Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and quality control procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production workspace.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a professional photo lab or digital imaging environment preferred.
  • Experience with Green Screen Pro Lab software/workflow systems is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of digital photography, colour management, and image reproduction.
  • Experience with Noritsu, Fuji, Epson, Canon, or other professional photo printing equipment is considered an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong computer skills and comfort working with digital files and production software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
