Are you a people person who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a reliable, full-time Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. If you're friendly, detail-oriented, and enjoy interacting with people, we'd love to hear from you.

Primary Location

  • Sundance, South Calgary
  • Midlake SE, Calgary

About Us

We're a busy photography studio specializing in passport and ID photos, professional headshots, photo printing, and personalized photo gifts. Every day we help hundreds of customers with important milestones while providing fast, friendly, and professional service.

Our team values reliability, attention to detail, and creating an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist customers with passport and ID photos, headshots, photo printing, and photo gifts
  • Take professional photos using DSLR cameras (full training provided)
  • Perform basic photo editing using Adobe Photoshop (training provided)
  • Recommend products and upgrades that best fit each customer's needs
  • Process sales and payments accurately
  • Answer customer questions in person and over the phone
  • Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Occasionally work at another Calgary location when required

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is an asset, but not required

Schedule & Availability

  • Full-time position (30–40 hours per week)
  • Open availability, including weekdays and weekends
  • Primary location is Sundance, South Calgary
