JOB OVERVIEW

Success Route is a licensed immigration consultancy in Brampton, Ontario, helping individuals and families with their immigration needs. We're seeking a confident, creative Social Media & Client Acquisition Specialist (On-Camera) to be the public face of our brand and turn online engagement into new clients.

This hands-on role combines on-camera content creation, social media management, lead generation, and sales, with light client intake and records administration. You'll shape our brand voice, grow our audience, and convert inquiries into booked consultations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content and social media

- Plan, script, film, edit, and publish short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube

- Appear on camera to explain immigration news and topics in a clear, engaging, and accurate way

- Build and manage a content calendar and a consistent posting schedule

- Track analytics and use the results to improve reach, engagement, and audience retention

- Respond to comments and direct messages promptly and professionally

Lead generation and sales

- Turn followers and inquiries into booked consultations

- Follow up with leads by phone, email, and messaging, explain our services and packages, and close sales

- Maintain the lead pipeline and report on conversion results

- Develop campaigns, promotions, and referral initiatives

Administration

- Handle client intake: collect information, documents, and consultation forms

- Organize and maintain accurate, confidential client records in our CRM

- Schedule appointments and support our licensed consultants

QUALIFICATIONS

- Comfortable and confident on camera, with a natural, professional speaking style

- Excellent spoken and written English

- Demonstrated creativity in social media content (personal or professional channels welcome)

- Experience or demonstrated ability in sales, client acquisition, or customer-facing work, with the ability to build trust and close

- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) and a good eye for visual style

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

- Organized, detail-oriented, and respectful of client confidentiality

- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and work toward targets independently

ASSETS

- Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, Tagalog, Mandarin, Spanish, Arabic)

- Experience with Facebook Advertising, SEO and keyword research, or Google Analytics

- Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer, and design tools such as Canva

- Experience in immigration, legal, or financial services

- Experience with CRM software
