Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Studio Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about photography, has excellent customer service skills, and thrives in a creative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Provide guidance on studio equipment, lighting, and backdrops.
  • Set up and maintain the studio space, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist with scheduling, bookings, and client inquiries.
  • Promote Focus Studio on social media and engage with our online community.
  • Support in basic editing and content creation (if applicable).
  • Handle payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
  • Interest in photography, content creation, or studio operations.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to workmorning, afternoon, evenings and weekends and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of photography or social media marketing is a plus.
