Full job description

NewDermaMed Cosmetic & Advanced Laser Clinic is looking for a creative and motivated Junior Content Creator / Videographer to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who has a strong eye for visual content and is looking to gain hands-on experience creating content for social media and digital marketing.

This role is focused on content capture, not editing. Our internal team will handle all post-production and editing.

What You'll Do

  • Capture high-quality photo and video content at our clinic locations
  • Film both short-form and long-form content
  • Capture content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, social media, advertisements, educational videos, website content, and other marketing initiatives
  • Film treatments, consultations, staff, client experiences, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional campaigns
  • Capture before-and-after treatment content when required
  • Work with our marketing and clinic teams to execute planned content ideas
  • Ensure footage is clear, well-lit, properly framed, and visually engaging
  • Organize and transfer raw footage to our internal team for editing
  • Assist with content days, campaigns, influencer collaborations, and special clinic events

What We're Looking For

  • Junior/entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
  • Strong understanding of basic videography, lighting, framing, and composition
  • Ability to consistently capture professional, high-quality footage
  • Comfortable filming both people and aesthetic/medical treatments
  • Familiarity with creating content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Able to follow creative direction while also identifying good content opportunities
  • Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable communicating with staff, clients, and influencers while filming
  • Must be able to work from both NewDermaMed clinic locations in Toronto
