DON’S PHOTO - Photo Lab Associate (Full Time):

Don’s Photo is looking to add a rock star to our team! The ideal candidate is passionate about quality, details, accuracy, and communication. This role requires someone that is versatile. We bring the stories and memories of our community to life. Come join us!

Be a Storyteller: As a Team Member, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with guests on their printing and imaging projects. Each guest has a unique story; bringing them to life is a very rewarding experience.

Photo Lab Associate: The Photo Lab Associate is responsible for assisting in production of all Photo Lab services while maintaining a high level of quality and service standards. Duties include:

· Operate digital and traditional film processing equipment.

· Maintaining equipment under the direction of the Photo Lab Manager.

· Pay attention to detail so every print meets our quality standards.

· Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and packaged correctly.

· Be a team player who’s willing to jump in where needed and keep the lab a friendly, creative place

You Are:

· Proactive to a fault. You are a card-carrying member of the “Get Stuff Done” Club.

· A happy person. Positive attitude required.

· An embodiment of strong EQ – empathetic, compassionate, and self-aware. We don’t take ourselves too seriously.

· A life-long learner – always willing to pick up new skills and knowledge.

· A people-person. You can build solid relationships with our team and guests.

Have Mad “Rock Star Level” Skills:

· Prior experience in a photo lab, photography, or photographic printing preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Manual dexterity and ability to work with precision tools and equipment.

· Good organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent verbal, written, listening and interpersonal skills

Physical Job Requirements:

· Ability to lift and handle large pieces of artwork or framing materials (20-40 pounds).

· Ability to stand for extensive periods of time
